Team Fortress 2 Custom Edition is a Team Fortress 2 Sourcemod, that was being developed by Bitl and Greenie, that was aiming to be a fully customizable version of TF2 with the ability to add and edit classes, objects, weapons, etc, easily. The mod was quickly cancelled due to in early stages of development due to things coming up in both of the developers personal lives.
