It is set in the 1980s during a Cold War between the two world-spanning giga-corporations RED and BLU, with industrial aesthetics similar to those of TF2's predecesor Invasion. The mod features a new set of characters to fit into the roles of every class with some differences in loadouts and balancing, along with grenades and an armor system similar to Half-Life 2's HEV.
